PT. SWPI as a downstream has met the legal requirements according to the Decree of Head of Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 29/1/IUIPHHK-PL/PMDN/2017 dated 25 Sept 2017 and Decree of Head of Capital Investment and Integrated Service Agency of Papua Province Number: 01 of 2020 dated 24 July 2020. This industry has a production capacity to process raw wood logs into processed plywood per year in the form of: plywood: 168,000 m3, moulding: 39,000 m3, furniture: 3,000 m3, and wood charcoal: 24,000 tons with standard yields that can meet the global market demands. This capacity will continue to be improved in line with the dynamics of potential international market opportunities, such as countries in Europe, Australia, North America, and several Asian countries.

To maintain the product's quality and environmentally friendly products, PT. Sinar Wijaya Plywood Industries strives obtained to develop a management system and use legal raw materials derived from well-managed forests.

Starting as a complement to the industrial division of Sinar Wijaya, PT. SWPI's woodworking unit has now grown into one of the most productive units and, together with its plywood production unit, has transformed into one of the largest wood processing companies in the Papua region, committed to providing the best to customers.
