CSR is one of requirement for the company to improve social welfare of Indigeneus People. We have some CSR activities as like as social activities, economic improvement and training facility.  

GENDER-BASED ECONOMIC STRENGTHENING

The presence of the Organization certainly has an impact on the lives of the surrounding community. One of the positive impacts is from an economic perspective, namely the opening of business opportunities that can directly provide additional income for the surrounding community. The company becomes a target market for people who want to trade products such as vegetables and fruits and fish.

SEDENTARY FARMING PROGRAM

The Organization keep provide facility improvement to Indigeneus People, one of our program is sedentary program for Indigeneus People. This progam is expected to be resource income and make a change mainset of The Indigeneus People to stop shifting farming which can make a new forest clearing. In this program, The Organization help to provide sheed and farm cultivation machine

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOR YOUTH 

The purpose of this activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of the surrounding community, especially young people from villages located in and around the Organization area. The focus of apprenticeship program is in the field of mechanics. The training system has not changed from previous years, namely learning is done by learning mechanical skills by practicing or applying them directly in each section in the Mechanical Department.

SEKOLAH ALAM (INFORMAL EDUCATION) FOR CHILDREN

To educate the children around the Organization, we try to teach informally. Simple curriculum such as singing, reading and math delivered in a fun way for them. In addition, the Organization also provide supplementary nutrition food such as milk, fruits and green beans porridge. 

The Organization asking to all employees to always protect plants and wildlife and will be given sanctions if they violate. In addition, all employees are required to protect High Conservation Value Forest (HCVF).
