NURSERY AND GROWTH MONITORING

The Organization maintains forest sustainability, by conducting planting activities using local superior seeds. So seed procurement activities are carried out to support these activities. Especially for research and development, the seeds used are good seeds quality and viability, well seeds come from broodstock that are good phenotype. So that when monitoring of growth, the growth performance from several seedling will be known from the parent trees record.  

SAFETY PATROL

Safety Patrol is checking inspection to all employee with direct fulfilment requirement related health and safety procedure. Safety patrol carried out in the work areas as like harvesting compartment, workshop, main road and camp for workers. This is carried out  to prevent and mitigate work accident, reduce environmental pollution and increase working effectively. 

SAFETY TALK

The Organization have to make an efforts to realize good health and safety system. One of the step to realize is communicating with the worker to aware how important their health and safety.  Safety talks are conducted before and after an accident to evaluate the situation and mitigate to prevent further accidents.
